  • Free standard shipping for all domestic orders over $60.00 AUD

  • Free express shipping for all domestic orders over $120.00 AUD

  • Standard shipping via Australia post (2 – 5 business days) at $10.00 AUD

  • Express shipping via Australia post (1 – 2 business days) at $15.00 AUD

  • Standard shipping to New Zeland via Australia Post at $18.00 AUD

  • Express shipping to New Zeland via Australia Post at $30.00 AUD

Please note that this is an estimate and once your parcel is with Australia post we cannot control how long it takes to be received.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment being received Monday - Friday.

After receiving the order confirmation, you should check the entered address again. Any additional expense incurred due to incorrect address entry will be at your expense as the buyer.

REFUNDS

Not completely satisfied with your item? That’s a shame but can happen!

Ciao Ciao have a 14 day refund policy. Once you have received your item you have fourteen (14) days to request a return for your ciao Ciao.

Our refund policy applies to full price items purchased on Ciao Ciao online.

Conditions of refund:

Returns will only be accepted within the specified fourteen (14) day period after receiving your product. We will not accept any pieces when:

  • Product is not returned in its original condition: Had been worn, scratched, damaged, not in its original packaging.

  • Product is returned outside of 14  day timeframe

  • No refunds on sale products

  • Any orders that have been paid for via gift card are not eligible for refunded return

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If damage has occurred as a result of personal wear and tear, mishandling or not caring for your Ciao Ciao as per our instructions, it will not be covered under warranty.

Hold onto your tracking information provided by your courier as proof of delivery. Ciao Ciao is not responsible for lost parcels where proof of shipment cannot be provided.

 

*Please note: A phone is still a delicate object and we use it daily in all kinds of situations. Please know that we cannot be held responsible for any damage, losses, or other issues of a phone that has a Ciao Ciao attached.

How to make a refund:

Returns email: info@ciaociao.au

  1. Please be sure to give notice of any return by email. Please be sure to include your order number so that the return can be assigned.

  2. We will get in touch within 5-7 working days 

  3. Ship your Ciao Ciao via Australia Post (at your own expense) 

  4. Upon receipt of your return, you will be notified by email. This email will inform you of the refund/part refund decision.

  5. ​If approved, you will be refunded the invoice amount within 7 business days via the payment method you used at the time of purchase. Shipping charges are generally not refundable.  

Refunds can only be completed if a receipt or proof of purchase is included.

All expenses of refund are to be incurred by the consumer/customer.
